The stock price has little to do with day to day movements and certain announcements (especially when many already knew they were coming).
The US tanked overnight, so it's highly likely the ASX will do the same.
Also as an example, PLS share price has dropped this year, and all they keep doing is adding millions to their bank account.
It's a giant game full of tricks and manipulation - but ultimately in the long run, a share price will rise and show returns if the investment is the correct one, and most of us believe SYA is.
