That’s the whole idea - you put out a report which helps you make money, just as everyone does in the industry, the self fulfilling prophecy principle. They believe they are correct and instos believe they’re incorrect - hence the huge rebound in share price up 4 % for the day on 4 times average volume worth probably over 100 m USD. Time will tell who is correct. The disclaimer in the report is somewhat amusing.
