Lets be realistic here, there should be some sort of consequence after releasing such a report and making comments either 1) to those making such comments if not proven true and 2) if proven true to said company it relates too.

Id hope its the former and not the latter for the shareholders sake. If money has also been made on the 6% dip they caused they should also be made to donate it as proceeds from crime, again pending it was defamation and nothing more.

As for PLL vs SYA we are in JV partnership FFS. Why do we always have to tit for tat like children....

I am glad I am a SYA holder. As I rehash again:

Crawl before you walk, walk before you run
SYA need to knuckle down on NAL, ensuring operation occurs efficiently and that nothing major can go wrong.
Re-evaluate any risks and ensure they are minimalised
Assess cash inflow and what expenses they have, can they lower them any further.
Finally, be frugal on their expenses and try to time when it is best to conduct further drilling. There is no point that we expand our resource if the market were to hypothetically tank. We would be better with the money in the bank as a safety net.

Hopefully they understand all of the above and dont just go for a rapid expansion, very few businesses succeed and of the ones that do even fewer can handle rapid expansion.

Thanks for the constructive reply Kevo88, something which is sometimes lacking in rebuttals on HC.

Re PLL having $900 per tonne to pay, that's an easy fix for any business when you have a market price over $2000 per tonne. PLL at worst would keep a shell company registered and can sell at market or less and make a killing - and continue to pay SYAQ the contracted $900.
