PLL have LG for 200k tonne over 4 years (50k per year) and Tesla for 125k over 2.5 years (50k per year), so they are covered with the 113k from SYQ.
My guess is the offtake we are waiting for will be one of LG or Tesla, topping up what they are already getting from PLL - and if I was a betting man, LG is the obvious one.
