Should we be locking in OTA for SYAs share now?
1) for certainty as we are meant to have first shipment from 1st July? First shipment but no one to ship our pro-rata share to?
2) while forecast Li price is set to remain high it is predicted to tail off over next few years, so locking in sooner rather than later.
3) security of cashflow, if the market tanked now we would get $500 per ton from PLL for half. with our half remaining unsold. The current market sniffs of possibility of recession at any point. Lock it in before this happens?
Was an interview with KP posted a few days ago saying SYA offtake side in coming weeks? not months?
