Hi SB, not sure what you mean by this statement "they don't want to declare the Moblan full potential because by NOT declaring it , it keeps the uncertainty factor up a bit and the SP obviously under wraps and still relatively cheap".
If they (IQ) where trying to "Shop" their 40%, why would they be trying to keep the SP low. Wouldn't they be insisting on SYA delcaring the full potential of Moblan to attract more interest and a higher price? Also, any party in talks would want to know all the information as part of their DD? So what's the point in keeping it under wrpas. It makes absolutely no sence what so ever. It only keeps the SP cheap by giving the shoters uncertaninty they need to hang around
