I think...you are damn right.
Possibly DOE, department of energy will want some answers from PLL board as to if they were aware of what may have happened in Ghana when the deal was signed.
Open the books, access to historical emails etc...
i hope this goes to court.
and if between now and till the matter is rested to peace if any SYA board or management resigns, take it as a token that they may have known about this developing Ghana situation.
i will be more than happy if Paul Crawford had open his all accounts for investigation.
Its in best interest of PLL shareholders if KP resigns.
