i actually think the biggest hinderance is not the shares on issue, or the level of retail holders, it's the inability to value future cashflow for NAL.
until that damn offtake is announced, we are the mercy of macros, shorters and spooked retailers.
value of future cashflow is everything in this game and sentiment is how far forward an investor is willing to look.
