    For the very simple reason that SYA also did a FTS CR and it was compared to WR and PMT and CRR.

    Why though are you referencing the internal aspects. PMT raised CAD$50M by selling 2.215M shares at CAD$22.57 per share. That is the capital they have to reinvest back into the business. That's what matters.
