Seems like a bit of a 2-dimensional analyses of something way outside of those limiting blinders.
They may have already lost but if you cannot see this as anything other than who gets to raise their flag at the other's fort, then you miss such a huge part of what is going on.
The loss of the use of worldwide banking tools
The loss of the majority of your trading partners
The loss of the ability to travel to anywhere freely
The loss of your international bank accounts and the assets they contain
The loss of your oligarchs as they ditch you so they don't face these same losses (yachts be gone...)
the loss of a ground based fighting army, replaced by for-profit folks getting butchered daily
my fingers are too tired to list the rest of their already incurred losses, but if you figure they didn't lose, it won't matter anyway, right?

regardless, the transition of the electrification of our society's will progress, and the measure its acceleration is way more interesting & relative, as it translates into value added on our stock picks, agreed?
