So do we all agree or the bulk of us that they have done the capital raise to free up funds they already have for the paper mill as stated below.
Thats what many of us are expecting , with commissioning involving running the operation with no immediate cashflow and also wanting to advance resource drilling, a CR at a premium was probably the best option if they were planning on another aquisition and retaining a strong balance sheet.
The other option is used the finance facility..
SYA are the operator for Moblan so they are likely buying on behalf of the JV if it is connected to Moblan, whatever we will find out in the next few weeks most likely...
