And a large document full of rules supports this.

Next minute:
- allow bots to trade in single shares unconditionally and without restraint in order to manipulate the share price
- allow spoofing and layering in the market by allowing brokers to create fake buy and sell orders to manipulate a share price.
- allow brokers to trade in small parcels, cross trade between clients, etc in order to manipulate a share price
- allow broker reports to impact a market negatively, then turn a blind eye when same broker buys up reduced price shares in said market at a later date.
- assist in ASIC enquiries when an individual does any of the above, and go after them for their blood. Ignore it when someone with a licence does it.

That's the ASX supporting the "integrity" of their markets...
