Who knows if someone want to be JV partner may keeping lid on SP until they reach some sort of the agreement.
Some of them still digging the dirt/not even have mine have jump 3%-5% and one just become producer with no debt going backward.
Oh well the faster they sign OTA may help to move the SP.
