Yeah, GS became a substantial holder of LTR like 3 days ago. Takeover rejected announced today, and GS get the 50%+ profit from the SP going crazy. Watch them exit in the next 24 hrs, and then short the stock (as I would expect it to dip a little).
And the authorities say this is all above board.
No indication of insider stuff or manipulation here. If this isn't investigated, there is something seriously wrong.
