I would agree with you there.
Signing a agreement to supply life of mine at top price of $900.00 is sure a stupid decision to start with.
How to you allow for inflation in a deal like that? Something at work there!
Very odd to give 51% as you say, why not keep it to 50/50 if you need to do this deal at ALL.
