It will be very unwisely to send the spod to china for refining if there is a refinery available in south America to do the same.
Of course but it would be considerably more unwise storing Spod while waiting a couple of years for someone to build a refinery in North America, hopefully our spod will be going to our own refinery in 2 or 3 years...this is a temporary situation , some may go to Korean converter it real boils down to who has the refining capacity at the moment as we have excess spod now..
Perhaps you can't cope with the fact that some of our spod will be going to Tesla via PLL but its a fact...I dont hold PLL I prefer SYA but I also have no problems with them ...
