Using LG Chem as the example PLL offtake customer.

1. PLL issues Purchase Order (PO) to SYQ (not SYA) under its OTA entitlement and the agreed point of delivery is 3 Rivers (cheaper for SYQ to ship there than Cherryville NC). Title to that amount of ore shifts from SYA to PLL

2. LG Chem issues PO to PLL the ship that order to a port that LG Chem decides (not PLL). Where that is is up to LG Chem and it is their business decision. Merely pointing out LG Chem is a global manufacturer and has many business relationships with many companies some of which are in China.

3. Neither SYA or PLL is shipping ore to China. I believe they will ship only as far as the port of 3 Rivers in Quebec and the buyer will take title and responsiblility for the SC from there.
