At the end of the day, the only income SYA will receive from the sale of the first shipment (or any thereafter) is whatever distribution they receive from SYQ.
Yes its how JV's work , shared profit and shared expenses and some of the revenue will certainly be put back into the JV, its either that or borrow as there is plenty of spending ahead...
It's the JV's spod and we own 75% of the JV...
