Its going to be stored untill shipping starts, beyond that they will only mine at a rate the OTA arrangements require. I have a feeling concentrate doesnt store well over long periods. Thats aside from storage and production costs without revenue.
Podcasts indicate they could be at nameplate in July and you can bet your bottom dollar they won't be aiming for that if they didn't know there are pending OTA,s in the wings...
