Sound like carbonate is a forgone conclusion now....do you mean they are already constructing/working on the carbonate plant?
Or will they use funds from SC6 to build/refit the carbonate plant?
Market certainly hasn't woken up yet, and as Jytte's post of Karen Wong's TA states, we will probably have to bounce off 18 to power a full reversal and start to climb... that's where the shorters have loaded up...
