The best source of "independent boots on the ground" info re: this plant, was Split actually visiting the site and seeing in real life.
I'm not saying its in pristine condition and its all full scale ahead, but I find it amusing that people want to smash down the info that is out there.
They'll say that "management" are saying this but if you look through all their dialogue it is always open ended answers(and smiles)
This is a massive conglomerate of work to get all the piece's together, and if people don't think they have every Tom, Dick and Harry company knocking on the door buying for a piece, you are kidding yourselves. I would hate to be BL's email account.
