Is it possible that SYAQ could produce more than 226000 tpa at NAL ? In that case , does 50% of the excess go to PLL as part of the offtake?
The wording states 113 000 dmt per year or 50% of production, whichever is greater. I originally assumed this was because they may not reach nameplate capacity, but could this cover additional spod production?
