I was thinking of that possibility as well. They are currently at a 6B MC and won't be producing this year. That's almost 4x our MC. Can they sustain that MC this year and if they can then surely other lithium companies like SYA & CXO who have become producers will need to relate based simply on LTR"s valuation alone, even allowing for the fact LTR has more tonnage. Possibly GS will attempt to short LTR to bring the price down before another TO offer is forthcoming.
