Who knew about the offers....Liontown and Albemarle...
Who advises Liontown.....G & co.Instead, the stock went for a sprint and ended Tuesday at $2.57 – higher than the $2.50 bid. If it is still in negotiations on the offer, it pretty much hamstrings Albemarle from buying more shares on market or even hitting Greenhill-advised Liontown with a straight-to-shareholders offer.
