I haven't done the figures, but i would think it is doubtful that a "good portion" of the PLL offtake profits will be going back into the JV.
The JV is expected to release details of an offtake deal very soon.
They are going to have up to 113kt to sell at market or via the offtake deal with the unknown buyer.
I would have thought that 113kt at current market rates (or even less), plus 113kt @ $900, would be plenty to fund the cost of the converter.
I haven't done the figures, but i would think it is doubtful...
