"We" don't have a 50%.
The JV has a 50%, and 25% of that is PLL's asset.
PLL will do very well out of this deal for minimal exposure, however SYA may not have succeeded with NAL if not for PLL.
So a few years of reduced income is going to be worth it, as NAL will open up a lot more opportunities moving forward.
