yes OTA are usually fomula based, the reason the announcement is so crucial is because it formally recognises that all 50% of the remaining ore are in fact contracted.
Also there could be a possibility of a fixed price or price range contract.
I'm fixed that the OTA announcement will be the major share price mover.
the caveat to my comment is that it's likely to be released mid to end of May, we then have June sell offs, so we may not realise the big movements until July.
