Hi All, First time poster, long time follower of this thread. I have been holding $SYA since 3c with an average purchase price of 7c. I was hoping someone could help answer a question of mine in regards to the $PLL off-take. The current supply agreement is for Spodumene concentrate containing 6% Li2O grade (dry basis) However Sayona Finance Manger Douglas Elder was recently interviewed and stated in said interview that the Spodumene produced at NAL would be a grade of 5.4%. So the question is if we aren't producing the appropriate grade for our off-take agreement, how does this affect our off-take deal. Will the deal be voided? can we sell the 5.4% spod at auction and/or sign another off-take agreement to sell the lower grade spodumene?
