Outside of Dougz Keith and Brett and the biblical writers of the offfake - no has the answer for this. There’s honestly only two logical options outside of the deal being dissolved (and adding this in while I’m at it 5.4% is just fine)
1) PLL take more kt, would equal a 10% increase due to the .6% drop - entirely assumptions here
2) PLL pay lesser for the share of shipments rather than $900 say minus 10ish % ?
