Further.. the assumption that becuase it's now 5.4% rather than 6% is purely that, an assumption. It holds about the same likelihood that the deal could be void because it's not 5.4 not 6.
now I don't Personally think the deal will be voided because of this but think about the rational behind the 2 assumptions. PLL will pay $900/ton for 5.4%
