Because there are many factors as to why the share price has declined - and it has nothing to do with the company.
The SP hasn't declined due to poor performance, or losses, or setbacks. The company has been moving forward well, and is growing rapidly, so while it continues to meet targets and put plans in place, the SP becomes almost irrelevant as it will eventually re-rate to show the companies true worth imo.
