Truly sorry for you that you lost so much on that other one and if it makes it easier for you to consider it taken out by the neighbour rather than going into receivership after months of trading insolvent, then go with that.
I think you are in a much safer situation with SYA. I hold some in my portfolio myself (been quite a long term hold now). If I thought it was in a similar financial predicament to AJM I would patiently try to explain why, as I did for many many months there, but that is not the case with SYA at this point in time.
