I can't wait for an offtake to "lock in" a buyer, but it's not "SYA's share".
Who knows how the market will view this offtake, since the $$ goes back into the JV and not necessarily into SYA (although one would think their value will increase based off their asset, being the JV).
Now if the offtake included something to do with a future hydroxide plant that is being supplied by the SYA majority owned Moblan, well.....
