I would say you don't like the actual facts.
Yes too much time has been spent on the finer details of the J/V which IMO has held back new investors and may I add inflamed by you, mainly.
Taking a holistic look SYA is sitting on the egg not PLL.
There are others here who say they are shareholders which I am sure are not.
Owning 1 share can make you a shareholder or since PLL is a shareholder of SYA I guess that does make you a shareholder as you have pointed out many times.
I would say you don't like the actual facts. Yes too much time...
