I'm a little confused with the following.
The NAL bid was a joint bid with PLL, but it looks to me like NAL 'Ownership is SYA'. Then you have 'Sayona Quebec Inc' which is 25% to PLL.
So Sayona Quebec Inc. is the umbrella for all of Sayona Canada businesses or are they separated? I think a company structure tree is in order to know how much PLL really have out of Sayona's tenements.
But then at the bottom:
*Ownership interest are directly held??? Soooo, how come the NAL ownership is 100% Sayona and not 75%??? And how come Sayona Quebec is 75% and not 100%?
Accounting gurus?
