Also Im fairly sure you are reading this talk from that Ned guy on twitter, its the same guy who tried to impersonate Silent_Bubbles on twitter to downramp, he made that Ned account after everyone realised his other one was just an impersonation to downramp.
He has been saying the same things for months now.
