The best judge of whether or not the deal is good or bad for either company is the market.
Not really Mega they are completely different companies they just share one JV, each have fingers in other pies. The market takes a number of things into account, revenue being one resource size another . Over the last 2 years PLL has gone backwards and SYA Up several 100% despite the terms of the Terms of the OTA being known.
Its where we go next that really matters and I know which company I'd prefer to be in...
