The value another company (like ALB) puts on Liontown has very little to do with the capex debt it may have or what the first few years of earnings will be and EVERYTHING to do with the LOCATION, quality and SIZE of the resource.
Why? Find another genuine Tier 1, 40 year life Lithium deposit in WA or anywhere in fact - they are not easy to find.
