I've learned a new word today - not ever heard it used or read it.
and the word "valorize" means
thus SYA is devoted to enhancing "the price, value or status" of NAL (e.g. by the investment of $100M in the concentrator upgrades, and by drilling to improve the status of a deposit from say Inferred to Indicated) ... but that's only half the equation ... where is the organization government action IN ACTION (like the IRA and grants and loans that have been assigned). Canada/Quebec is a little slow in this regard - IMO
I like it though - Valorization.
