I've always been of the opinion that as soon as company's and the Directors in charge get into the millions, billions stage of proceedings there is a huge drop off towards retail holders as the BEOT gets involved and the directors smell the lifestyles that once connected to the BEOT can take them and when this happens does anybody really think they care about the poor little retail shareholder, no way they will shaft us at the drop of a hat to make sure the BEOT is well looked after, retail holders/investors are what grows the company until the BEOT takes over, look at the huge Conglomerates tells the story to what or who is being catered for when looking at the big picture.
