as I understand this statement, the shortage does not affect the companies, who are working and using this kind of energy, it is a forward looking statement, warning future companies as well as the authorities, that there is not enough energy coming from natural resources. So it does not effect producing SC 5.4 - but what is after a change to carbonate?
