It does seem to align perfectly, coming online same time as our carbonate and just down the road. I noted when Trudeau was speaking with our workers he mentioned Sayona, Volkswagen and Rio in the same breath.
The only thing I wonder about is does it align with Quebec's whole-battery-value-chain strategy? Or will Quebec be realists and be OK with, say, NAL refined output heading to Ontario and later Moblan refined output staying in Quebec when there is more likely to be a battery manufacturing capacity at that time?
