Hard truth is China has the lithium industry fairly well tied up. Whether it be investment in mines from Chile to Africa to WA, or in battery production or EV. Even Tesla can't ignore this. Both USA and Japan will spend the next decade playing catch up. I personally hope SYA can be a major player in changing the stranglehold China has on it...perhaps once the Inflation Reduction Act (2022) rolls out properly all downstream industries will be North American based...
