Not a lot to worry about, there are PLENTY of competent women to fill positions if a quota was enforced, which i doubt is what is occurring with SYA. Whether people want to accept it or not, "jobs for the boys" has not resulted in quality outcomes/results for a lot of companies. The companies i have worked for have seen massive improvements when women have taken key leadership positions. The data continues to show this. Expertise have been often overlooked due to gender.
