That is how it should work - people male and female should be hired on their individual ability, work ethic and experience. A job applicants approval based on gender only would be stupidity and could lead a company to underperform or worse still fail. There are several incredibly skilled female CEO's and other spread across different industries, check them out - the best of them were picked on ability.

Christine Holgate - Australia Post.
Katie Page - Harvey Norman.
Shemara Wikramanayake - Macquarie Group Ltd.
The list goes on - but picking senior and front-line management based on gender alone is pure woke stupidity.
