Got a reply from Dougal; indicating that the increased output will only be for the Carbonate Plant and be owing to the lower grade. There won't be much left over for PLL. (I mention this bc I didn't want increased efficiency to be handed over to PLL).
To me this implies that the Carbonate Plant won't produce more (eg 30,000 tpa) with the increased spod production. However, I am sure that early on I saw references to 26,000 tpa for the Carbonate Plant, but now only 23,000 tpa. I think as the story unfolds things will change, as they have since earlier days.
