Operational experience in hard rock lithium in Quebec would be as rare as hen's teeth and 12 months of that experience would likely attract a huge salary premium. Talent shortages absolutely gutted some of the goldies in WA in the last couple of years and the lithium plays in Quebec could be facing a similar plight. The canucks should offer visas for WA hard rock miners.
