To answer your question more fully, SB, the price uptick really caught my attention. 3 months ago, I could barely sell my shares for a profit after commission. And to your point about socializing nowadays - such a difference in the last decade or 2. I think I am always open to friendly debate but pub talk has turned toxic. Lost friends and had many conversations cut short by those who just couldn’t ... overcome their programming? Wife and I are renovating a farmhouse in Savannah right now. We spend summers in Traverse City, MI drinking with the old farmers. Cheers.
