How's that supposed to work Cobb . Piedmont can't take a pizz or wipe its own backside without reporting it first to the ASX with a change in substantial notice being lodged.That's not to say they wouldn't try as they've change their holdings once before without reporting it......Besides , they ( Piedmont ) haven' participated in at least the last 2 or 3 raises , even though their original stake was always subject to a non dilution clause for participation if they so wished.
