I suspect that ownership could be subject to DD including being satisfied with this initial Primero report. If SYA did in fact already own the site they would have failed in their compulsory disclosure so more likely misuse of words by Primero.
Regardless I think SYA have an obligation to disclose given the info is quite obviously in the public domain. Let's see if our part time CEO can find the time.
